Designed to enhance your photography experience, Canon’s Cropping Guide provides on-screen guidelines that help you position your subjects with precision, ensuring consistent and professional results.

How It Works
- Send Device: Send device to Canon’s service center for Cropping Guide to be unlocked.
- Activate Cropping Guide: Simply select the Cropping Guide option from the menu.
- Choose Your Guide: Select from different guides to suit your needs:
the New Cropping Guide Feature
- Guide 1: Top and bottom guidelines to fit the head size.
- Guide 2: Smaller head size option.
- Guide 3: Choose from three different head sizes.
- Guide 4: Left and right guidelines for positioning fixtures like balls or rackets.
Picture Frame Compatibility
The outer frame of each guide corresponds to standard picture frame sizes (8″x10″ or 5″x7″), making it easier to prepare your images for print.
Print perfect guides
For the 5″ x 7″ (left image) magenta lines show the sides, and cyan lines show the top/botton and for the 8″ x 10″ (right image) the image goes all the way to the sides of the frame, and the cyan top/bottom guides let you know how your image will come out on certain standard print sizes.
Perfect Foot Positioning
Use the bottom guideline for precise foot positioning, ensuring your subjects are always correctly aligned.
