Canon RF 135mm f/1.8 L IS USM:
B&H Photo / Amazon / Adorama

Optical Limits published its full review of the Canon RF 135mm f/1.8 L IS USM, which is one of the sharpest, if not the sharpest, lenses Canon makes. You can read the full review here or check out the excerpt below:

The Canon RF 135mm f/1.8 L IS USM is one of the sharpest – if not the sharpest – lens that we’ve ever tested. It’s brutally sharp at all relevant settings, and that’s across the frame. Lateral and axial CAs are very low, and image distortions aren’t relevant either, with only marginal auto-correction needed here… The build quality is great…

Pros

  1. As sharp as it gets
  2. Great build quality
  3. Unique image stabilization in its class

Cons

  1. Very pricey in certain markets
  2. The bokeh can be busy in certain scenes
