Patent Document 2 discloses a method for changing the projection method by exchanging an intermediate portion between the object side and image side of the optical system.

    Patent Document 1 discloses a zoom lens that moves the first lens group toward the object side and the second lens group toward the object side when focusing, thereby reducing the change in the angle of view. Patent Document 2 discloses a zoom lens that has two focusing groups, a focusing group and a final lens group within the first lens group, and switches the group that moves when focusing according to the zoom position.

  • During zooming, the first lens group B1 and the seventh lens group B7 are fixed, and the second lens group B2 to the sixth lens group B6 move toward the object side. The zoom lens 1a of this embodiment has the following features: since the overall length does not change during zooming, there is little change in the center of gravity, which is advantageous for dust resistance; furthermore, the zoom torque is low, which makes it easy to accommodate a later-installed electric zoom attachment; and it is therefore suitable for use in video photography.
  • The image height indicates both the paraxial image height and the real image height, and it is assumed here that image distortion caused by distortion aberration is corrected by processing the captured image.
