Thypoch recently started releasing lenses for RF-mount and it is rumored they will release a Thypoch Simera 50mm f/1.4 soon.

Typoch initially started with Leica M-mount lenses, but now offers lenses for Z/X/E/RF mount.

Canon Sales Are Down Year Over Year

Canon sales have been down year over year, but the announcement of the Canon EOS R5 Mark II and to a lesser extent the Canon EOS R1 could turn sales around for Canon.

  • Q1 2024: -31%
  • Q2 2024: -14%

Canon is projecting +1% so maybe sales will rebound in the second half of 2024.
